India is a country with large diversity. It is a country with many religions like

fashion also. Indian culture is known for its use of vibrant colours, and not just
for decorative purposes. Colours in India have connections to religion and
politics and are incorporated into festivals and celebrations. The use and
interpretation of colour can vary by region, because India is a large and diverse
country. For example, you'd tend to find pastel hues in the northern part of the
country and bright hues in the south.

Start with the Indian flag as an example of what colour means to the
country. The tri-colour flag of India, features three solid bars of colours. The top
bar, saffron, is a bright orange-yellow that's considered sacred in Indian culture.
It represents courage and selflessness. The middle bar is white, which stands for
honesty, purity, and peace. It reminds Indian political leaders to strive for a
peaceful country. The bottom bar is green, which means faith, fertility, and
prosperity. Colour can sway thinking, change actions, and cause reactions. It can
irritate or soothe your eyes, raise your blood pressure or suppress your appetite.
When used in the right ways, colour can even save on energy consumption.

It is a powerful form of communication. Red means "stop" and green
means "go." Traffic lights send this universal message. Likewise, the colours
used for a product, web site, business card, or logo cause powerful reactions.
Most of the school buses are yellow. Yellow (and the yellow family of
colours) gets your attention faster than any other colour. People notice yellow
objects first. Even when you are looking straight ahead, you can see a yellow
object that is not in front of you "in the corners of your eyes" much sooner than
any other colour even red. Scientists describe this as follows: "Lateral peripheral
vision for detecting yellows is 1.24 times greater than for red.

If you want to lose weight wear a red colour dress for gym. Because red colour

White is the traditional colour for a bride's wedding gown in the U.S. and most
European cultures. White symbolizes purity and innocence.

In Asia, white is the colour of death. This arises from the belief that death is seen
as a beginning and that white represents the purity that the deceased brings into
the next life. Therefore, brides in Japan and China wear red in traditional wedding
ceremonies.

White is also associated with death in India, where widows wear white.
Consequently, red or pink saris are the most popular colours for brides.
Black symbolizes death and is the traditional colour of mourning in Western
cultures. Black clothing is associated with powerful forces in many parts of the
world. Bad and good. Witches, the devil, ninjas and Batman, priests, nuns, judges
 wear black.
