Compare it to Goa but it is cleaner, more sophisticated, beautiful with all the cobbled- stoned walkways to the beaches and little French quarters and who wouldn't mind autorickshaws... and busy markets in our very own version of France.

Puducherry is a Union Territory and therefore, the booze is exempt from Tamil Nadu taxes. Good news, eh?? Stock up your mini fridges and let's roll. 😉

This place offers you an incredible night life. All those local bars, endless cheap booze (reminder 😉 ), French ambience, people from all the places bla bla bla,,, the list never ends.
You might not want to miss it. Just saying. 😛
4. Shoppinngggg!!! Yes, ladies. You heard me right!
Goa? well, fine. Puducherry? Why the hell not!
For all those ladies out there.. this is your go-to place. One og the must- try things in Puducherry. Famous for incense sticks, essential oils, herbal care products and what not. you have to have to have to do this. Also, low taxes. Cheap stuff.

5. Underwater date with corals
The only place for underwater scuba diving in eastern india, could you really miss the fun?? The experience is bound to leave you breathless with natural coral reefs, rocky pop-ups, man made folds and plethora of other marine wonders.
Goa isn't gonna give this much to you I'm sure. 😉
